Job Description

Company Name:Enterprise Registry Solutions LimitedThe UI / UX Design Manager will lead the UX/Product Design team and partner with stakeholders throughout the entire organisation to increase the usability, efficiency, desirability, customer value and accessibility of our products.Key Responsibilities:The position will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Champion and evangelize the UX discipline throughout the entire company, providing education and thought leadership.
  • Manage and grow the team of UI, UX, Product Designers, including career and skills development.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leadership to optimize the UX engineering practice, including education, awareness, patterns and component toolkit. Ensure UX is considered at every stage of the SDLC from product conceptualization to realization.
  • Define and instantiate a systemic user research and analytics process, quantitative and qualitative, including product instrumentation, interviews, surveys and observation.
  • Oversee the creation of wireframes and visual design that illustrate site layout, navigation, controls and workflow prioritization to address user experience problems
  • Drive and assess design solutions based on user research input, user goals, and business requirements
  • Develop complex static and interactive prototypes for evaluation of concepts to business owners or for validation with end-users
  • Educate team members and stakeholders on usability practices and considerations
  • Develop relevant ideas into concrete design proposals to share with product and management teams for future consideration
Position Requirements:The UI/UX Design Manager will be a creative self-starter who is committed to delivering a great UI/UX experience and understands that the smallest changes can make the biggest difference.
  • 7+ years’ experience in user experience design, interface design, interaction design, information architecture, or other related disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experience designing for mobile devices
  • Deep knowledge and experience in a variety of design tools to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Proven ability to adapt designs across platforms and form factors with an understanding of the opportunities with and limitations of different platforms and form factors
  • Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for translating requirements into visual concepts
  • Broad knowledge of capabilities, best practices, and limitations of Web technologies such as CSS, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and JQuery
  • Deep knowledge of Company products and ability to move from product to product into different domains.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.
