We end our days already excited about tomorrow.We are seeking an expert Supply Chain and Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain and Operations team to be responsible for all supply chain planning, production, and customer service logistics requirements for our fast-growing Spirits business. You will ensure our supply chain structures, processes and controls are in place to provide best in class customer service, deliver against business growth targets, and maximise efficiency and productivity.Possessing excellent leadership skills, you will direct a team responsible for the coordination of production across a number of international locations and will ensure the availability of inventory to meet customer demand, whilst balancing production capacity constraints and the cost of inventory capital. From a customer logistics perspective, you will work to ensure the timely and in-full delivery of our products to our international distributor network through effective order management, coordination with key functional teams, and strong working relationships with distributor and commercial partners.Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, this role is based out of our Dublin Office. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!What You’ll Do:

  • Co-ordination of Spirits production and logistics for MABIUC international markets to ensure best customer service at best available cost
  • Leading the Sales & Operations process, you will plan, prepare and participate in weekly / monthly planning meetings to deliver high-level customer service, reduced raw material inventory, and robust financial performance
  • Lead efforts to identify and resolve co-packer supply chain constraints
  • Lead dry goods and liquid procurement, including whiskey laydown and the cask management process
  • Manage and collaborate with various external and internal supply chain functions including 3rd party co-packers, 3rd party warehousing, and logistics partners
  • Continuous optimisation of inventory levels at various co-pack, distribution centres, and new fill sites
  • Support the innovation, marketing, and commercial teams regarding capacity availability or limitations for existing or new business simulations
  • Deliver just-in-time shipping model to all markets for each of our spirit brands
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or another related field
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in FMCG supply chain management, with experience in alcohol beverage production, supply chain planning, purchasing, and customer logistics
  • Proven knowledge of supply chain principles, supply planning, procurement, inventory control, and customer logistics
  • Background and/or knowledge of order management systems, internal ERPs and online ordering platforms
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Proficient in relevant ERP systems and software
  • Experience and knowledge of the alcohol beverage industry would be an advantage
