We end our days already excited about tomorrow.We are seeking an expert Supply Chain and Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain and Operations team to be responsible for all supply chain planning, production, and customer service logistics requirements for our fast-growing Spirits business. You will ensure our supply chain structures, processes and controls are in place to provide best in class customer service, deliver against business growth targets, and maximise efficiency and productivity.Possessing excellent leadership skills, you will direct a team responsible for the coordination of production across a number of international locations and will ensure the availability of inventory to meet customer demand, whilst balancing production capacity constraints and the cost of inventory capital. From a customer logistics perspective, you will work to ensure the timely and in-full delivery of our products to our international distributor network through effective order management, coordination with key functional teams, and strong working relationships with distributor and commercial partners.Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, this role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and teamwork.
