At ServiceMaster Clean we provide our commercial floor services to all types of buildings including offices, corporate headquarters, healthcare facilities, schools, industrial facilities, research facilities, retail stores, distribution centres and even large sports and entertainment complexes.We require Floor Technicians for different sites throughout Durham Region / Scarborough Area to assist our valued customers maintain excellent floors in their facilities.Permanent contracts are availableFloor Technician Duties and Responsibilities· Sweep and mop floors· Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces· Clean or shampoo carpets· Perform light window and wall cleaning duties· Maintain equipment and supplies· Follow workplace safety standardsFloor Technician Requirements and Qualifications· High school diploma or GED certificate preferred· Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required (over 5 years’ floor experience)· Valid driver’s license· Physical stamina· Attention to detail· Self-starter able to work with minimal supervisionSafety Shoes are RequiredCriminal Investigation Report may be requested due to client request.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:Safety precautions and PPE are being used across all of our locations to ensure safety of our employees.Experience:
