Job Description

Leasing Agent:45,000 - 70,000 CAD + commissionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing agent to assist us with leasing and marketing properties. The leasing agent conducts in-person showings, market properties and assists in the process of leasing out a property. You will preserve favorable relations with property owners and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office, and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.Areas of Operation include: Hamilton, Mississauga, Kitchener + Guelph, LondonTo be successful you need to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants and achieve occupancy and rental goals. Top applicants are proficient multi-taskers, organized, and have strong people skills.Responsibilities:

  • Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
  • Following up on leads for potential renters.
  • Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.
  • Assist with marketing properties.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and Bachelors degree with 2 years minimum full-time work experience.
  • High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Advanced sales and marketing skills.
  • Personable, professional outgoing.
  • Good organization, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
  • Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $45,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
