We are the heroes behind-the-scenes. As ATB’s next Electronic Records Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform a variety of tasks relating to ATB’s initiative to digitize our paper client files enabling an improved team member and client experience.With a deep understanding of various document types and business functions, this team member is responsible for receiving physical documents from across the ATB network that theywill image using the Kofax application while sorting documents according to the ATB retention guidelines and maintaining the integrity of the files. Once files have been digitized, through your strong understanding of various file types, you will perform quality checks on image quality, naming conventions and metadata to ensure accuracy and success of the imaging process. You will subsequently be responsible for ensuring the electronic documents are properly categorized and accessible to team members within our Enterprise Content Management system.RequirementsYou will find success based on your abilities in the following areas:

  • You are technically and digitally savvy and aren’t afraid to use technology, such as databases, scanners and email queues among others to get the job done.
  • You have great data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of filing systems (paper and electronic).
  • Strong organizational skills to track multiple files in multiple locations.
  • Monitor email queue and fulfill a variety of requests submitted by branches, agencies and corporate offices.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to other job requirements as required
  • A strong understanding of document types and ATB Records Management policies to determine whether physical documents need to be retained or destroyed.
  • Scan various types of documents to customer files and QA electronic documents to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required for process improvement and improved team member and client experience
As the ideal candidate you possess:
  • A general understanding of Google Products, Kofax, Box or any other Records Management Systems will be an asset.
  • Administrative, organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as within a team environment
