The position helps ensure the integrity of the records existing within Driver Fitness and Monitoring, supporting the analysis and quality control of motor-vehicle documents and the appropriate processing of files.The main responsibilities for the Evaluation Officer are (but not limited to):•Perform reviews and assessment of documents for processing. •Determine level of priority and/or risk associated with documents and support the prioritization process.•Support process for the collection, coordination, and analysis of data to identify operational trends, conduct environmental scans, and to recommend changes to operational functions and processes.•Conduct analyses on individual files when a complaint or inquiry is made.•Support strong communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity on the status, process, and outcome of file reviews. •Ensure the accuracy of motor vehicle records and support de-escalation of client communications.•Review and investigate reports of erroneous or potentially fraudulent activity on driving records.QualificationsRequired:•High school diploma plus three years of directly related experience in administration or client focused role.
