Your responsibilities will include:Vendor Managed Inventory and Consignment ManagementPlacing Orders for an assigned group of customersOrder management (back orders, order fulfillment)Core and Warranty ManagementHouse Account DevelopmentRegular Call Cycle for an assigned group of customersFollow Up on Customer LeadsVacation CoverageBackfill during scheduled PTO for Outside Sales team to assigned group of customersStrong Team PlayerStrong ability to work with Branch Managers and Outside SalesAttend and contribute to schedule Sales and Operations MeetingsStrong Communication Skills both Verbally and Written as you will have interactions with internal and external stakeholdersTo join our team, you need:5 Years Heavy Duty Parts Experience or Related Trade CertificateSelf-Motivated – ability to work autonomously and make sound decisionsResults Driven- Experience in role where you have been accountable for resultsCustomer Focused – must demonstrate strong follow up, attention to detail, and customer first mentalityStrong Time Management SkillsStrong Presentation Skills and Written Communication SkillsMust be able to learn and leverage Computer SystemsMust be open to change management and suggest ways to change to drive efficiencyMust be available for regular travel #LI-KZ1UAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
