Job Description

CJ Brubacher is currently looking for a smart, driven, organized, and meticulous person to lead construction projects. The successful candidate will be proactive, intuitive, analytical, detail-oriented, creative, possess a strong technical aptitude, have exceptional people skills, and be able to solve problems to keep projects on track.What we are looking for:

  • High-level Lead Hand
  • A strong work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn
  • G Drivers license is a MUST with clear drivers abstract
  • Construction experience
  • Ability to work in different environmental conditions (indoors/ outdoors, hot/ cold)
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and tight spaces
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills - organization skills are very important!
  • Ability to work OT and weekends when needed
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
Standard Job Duties:
  • Tiling
  • Mud, taping & drywall
  • Painting
  • Framing
  • Flooring
  • Trim Work
  • Etc.
