Our clinic strives to be a welcoming and relaxing environment with excellent patient care. The position of patient care coordinator is to ensure the experience of the patient is a pleasant one from start to finish, as they are the first point of contact upon entering the clinic. Their time will primarily be spent at the front desk answering the telephone, greeting patients, booking appointments, taking payment and other administrative duties. Additionally, the applicant will assist in cleaning procedures of the waiting room and the equipment used for treatment and assessment. If the applicant is qualified, they may also assist physiotherapists with treatment when needed.Responsibilities:
