Employer: Nicks Service LTD.Location: Emerald ParkNumber of positions: 1Type of positions: Full-TimeEducation required: High School Diploma or GED EquivalentExperience required: 2 yearsWage/Salary: dependent on experienceDuties: see descriptionNicks Service is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our recreation equipment department. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing equipment failures and repairing equipment in a timely manner on a variety of Arctic Cat side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and all-terrain vehicles. Additional repair and set-up on three-point hitch agriculture attachments and lawnmowers may also be required on an as-needed basis.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills while interacting with co-workers, customers, and management.   • Repairing side-by-sides, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, lawnmowers, and three-point hitch implements booked in by customers
  • Set-up and pre-delivery Inspections on side-by-sides, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, lawnmowers, and three-point hitch implements
  • Maintaining a clean shop space
  • Working with members of the recreation service team and parts staff to verify repair quotes
  • Provide feedback on inventory control management
Skills
  • Mechanical repair ability
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Arctic Cat side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and all-terrain vehicles
  • Highly organized and committed to maintaining a clean work station
  • Able to prioritize to accommodate multiple rebuilds at once
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Will follow all health and safety protocol
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Professional experience servicing recreational equipment
  • SIAST Small Engine/Power Sport Technician Certificate is not required but would be considered an asset
