• Construire des relations de confiance
• Devenez l’allié(e) stratégique de vos clients en vous positionnant comme leur conseiller(ère) de confiance
• Comprenez les spécificités et les besoins de chaque entreprise pour proposer des solutions sur mesure qui répondent à leurs objectifs
• Développez une approche proactive pour saisir de nouvelles opportunités de vente tout en assurant un service client irréprochable.

Assurer une gestion fluide des commandes:

• Saisissez et gérez les commandes clients avec précision et rapidité grâce à des outils modernes (Excel, Zoho)
• Supervisez l’ensemble du processus, de la commande à la livraison, en garantissant une expérience client sans faille et en anticipant les solutions en cas d’imprévus
• Faire preuve d’adaptabilité et d’efficacité
• Évoluez dans un environnement dynamique où vos talents pour la gestion des priorités et la prise de décisions rapides seront mis à contribution
• Montrez-vous réactif(ve) face aux urgences, en assurant des solutions immédiates et en maintenant un niveau de service élevé

Ce que nous recherchons:

• Expérience solide en service client téléphonique (appels entrants et sortants).
• Bilinguisme parfait (français/anglais) à l’oral comme à l’écrit
• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
• Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) et d’un CRM (Zoho est un plus).

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in customer service (inbound and outbound calls) minimum 5 years experience
• Perfect bilingualism (French/English) both spoken and written.
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a CRM (Zoho is a plus).
