IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

• Driving 3-ton straight trucks, cube vans, and pickup trucks with trailers
• Delivering and picking up good from clients
• Set-up and take down tents, tables, chairs, etc. from our amazing clients’ events
• Upholding our 5-Star service everyday in every interaction with clients and the public
• Creating, following, and honing the best practices for completing tasks successfully
• Working in a warehouse environment to sort, clean, prep, pack, and receive rental inventory, keeping our inventory clean and ready for rent.
• Keeping up the standard of cleanliness and efficiency set our for the department
• Owning and reporting the metrics, financial and operational, for the dishes department

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS : Our “deal-breakers,” you need to have these:

• Willingness to be continuously learning
• Valid class 5 or better AB drivers license
• Good driving history
• Reliable transportation to rural Dewinton area (between Calgary and Okotoks)
• Desire to participate in business education
• The right attitude to jump in and get it done
• Ability to follow specific procedures accurately
• Willingness to be cross trained in all areas of the company

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Multi-tasking to manage a large workload
• Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently
• Mega organization super powers
• Strength to lift 75lbs (35kg) repeatedly

Nice-to-haves:

• Some evening and weekend availability
• Previous commercial driving history letter from previous employer’s insurance company
