IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

• Creating and honing the best practices for the company
• Working in a warehouse environment to sort, clean, prep, pack, and receive dish-wares and other food service items, keeping our inventory clean and ready for rent.

• Operating commercial sink and dishwasher station ensuring sparkling dish-ware

• Keeping up the standard of cleanliness and efficiency set our for the department

• Learning, owning, and reporting the metrics, financial and operational, for the dishes department

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS : Our “deal-breakers,” you need to have these:

• Willingness to be continuously learning
• Reliable transportation to rural Dewinton area (between Calgary and Okotoks)

• Desire to participate in business education
• The right attitude to jump in and get it done
• Ability to follow specific procedures accurately
• Willingness to be cross trained in all areas of the company

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Multi-tasking to manage a large workload
• Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently
• Strength to lift 40lbs (20kg) repeatedly

Nice-to-haves:

• Commercial Kitchen Stewarding Experience
• Some evening and weekend availability

COMPENSATION:$16-$17 / hour starting plus bonus based on company performancePERKS AND BENEFITS:
