Job Description

Do you know FleetWe are looking for someone to join our team dealing with Automotive Service Providers , Diesel shops, FLEET MAINTENANCE Companies, light indstrial and other wholesale users in the Fort McMurray/ Nisku markets.Role and responsibilities

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to wholesale clients.
  • Interact, respond and follow up with customer inquiries.
  • Understand and educate the market on product strengths, features and benefits.
  • Sell complete APD offering including hard parts, ACDelco and APD ASP Programs.
  • Understand the DPF delete market including custom tuners, and be able to educate clients to grow sales is an asset.
  • Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers. Train users on Online catalog and tools available through APD.
  • Work independently and manage time.
  • Keep up with new products and technologies through manufacturers reps, websites, and clinics.
APD offered uncapped income for our Territory Managers and have very little turn over in staff, This NEW position will ensure our new branch in Fort McMurray is serviced properly. Can be based out of Edmonton - with bi-weekly visits to Ft Mcmurray . Details can be discussed in person .Requirements
  • Automotive Parts or Insutrial experience in the Jobber parts industry (min 4 years)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
  • Computer proficient, Epicor an asset.
  • Sense of humor & positive attitude. Integrity with customer service values.
  • Reliable transportation. Able to travel up to 70% of time.
