  • Various Admin functions including,
  • Calling customers,
  • Booking appointments,
  • Answering phones providing customer service,
  • Printing labels,
  • Supporting foreman and dispatchers
  • Payroll time cards.
  • Filing
  • Sorting, organizing
  • OS&D
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Computer skills - LTL 400.
  • Effective Communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Developed organizational and time management skills.
  • Diplomacy, quick thinking, patience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Quick, accurate keyboarding skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • Shift is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift when required
  • This is a Temporary Position
