Details: In this position you will provide direct care, support and guidance to children ages 4-17 with physical and developmental disabilities, mental health disorders and some complex behaviours. Responsibilities will include aspects of case management, fostering community relationships and utilizing a variety of evidence based strategies to help families develop skills and manage their children’s behavior, care and safety.
