The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries and processing transactions. CSR understands his/her role as a Petro Canada ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. This individual will also ensure that services are being provided in a proper and safe manner.Responsibilities· Greet customers· Scan items, operate cash register, and process transactions; authorize gas purchases· Maintain the customer service and checkout area for prompt and accurate processing of orders· Stock merchandise; maintain facility cleanliness· Balance daily transactionsWorking conditions· 7 days on, 7 days off; 9 hours per day, morning and evening shift rotation· Must be able to regularly move, lift, carry, pull, push and place objects weighting up to 30lbs· Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting and bendingQualifications· Previous customer service experience is preferred· Must provide own reliable transportation, no fuel allowance included· Valid, full Class 5 Drivers License with the ability to drive on the highway, at night and in varying weather conditions.· Ability to travel south of Fort McMurray (near Anzac, AB), approximately 25 minutes daily for shiftJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$19.00 per hourBenefits:
