Job Description

The candidate will work with the Sales & Service departments, communicating all customer requested installations, ensuring completion to meet the delivery time given to the client. This candidate will need to have be very organized, strong communications skills with the ability to build and sustain great working relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business Office to determine customer requested installations and get delivery dates.
  • Communicate timelines of completion to the Service & Sales departments.
  • Follow up with Service & Sales departments to ensure timelines are being met.
  • Prepare customer delivery
  • Cleaning inside and out
  • Placement of accessories purchased by client
  • Be prepared to explain the features and benefits of each vehicle to the client
  • Ensure every client receives a proper delivery of the vehicle with special emphasis on the technology of the vehicle
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous automotive experience an asset
  • Strong knowledge of current technology (iPhone, Bluetooth etc.)
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance
