  • 3 years of recent and relevant experience in network and server installation, support, and maintenance;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of specific infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, VMWare, networking, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, backup processes and tools, Microsoft Intune, and other common enterprise infrastructure systems;
  • Demonstrates leadership and independence in the work environment;
  • Exhibits a collaborative and approachable work-style;
  • Ability to do independent research and develop solutions for complex problems;
  • Experience providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and knowledge acceptable by the College may also be considered.Preferred Qualifications
