Position: Instrumentation Technician Journeyperson - Cenovus MTProject Type: MaintenanceProject Location: Cenovus SunriseShift: RotatingSchedule: 7/7Accommodations: CampTravel Details: Fly to and from siteGC: GrahamAllied Partner: Integrated Constructors Ltd.Reference Number: 19648Jardeg is seeking an Instrument Technician Journeyperson to join our Project in Fort McMurray at Cenovus Sunrise Site.This is a full time position on a 7 days on, 7 days off shift schedule with Fly-in/Fly out from Calgary or Edmonton.Instrumentation Technicians:

  • Install, maintain and repair the measuring and control devices used in industrial and commercial processing.
  • Work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer devices used to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition.
  • Be able to take directions, and receptive to training and mentoring
  • Proficiently identify and work with various material components
  • Expert tubing skills;Expert in pneumatic, electronic and micro-computer instrument operation
  • Expert in device identification and installation
  • Expertly read and comprehend drawings and specifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020)
  • Fall Arrest
  • Confined Space
  • Elevated Work platform
  • H2S Alive
  • Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
