Job Description

Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated candidate to help manage office tasks such as answering the phone, checking patients in, booking appointments, and taking payments. A successful candidate will be interested in Naturopathic Medicine and be eager to learn about this field of healthcare.Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients & check them in Answer the phone
  • Book appointments
  • Direct billing insurance
  • Processing payments
  • General office tasks (receiving orders, maintaining a clean & welcoming environment)
Qualifications:
  • Proficient spoken & written English (required)
  • Basic computer skills (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or administration (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the naturopathic profession, nutrition, botanical medicine, medical terminology, or online booking systems would be an asset
  • Experience with marketing, social media, blogging, office management, Quickbooks, research, etc. would be an asset

  • Flexible and works well under pressure
Hours: 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work shifts during the hours of Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-6:15pm and Saturday 9:45am-2:15pmJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $19.60 per hourBenefits:
