The successful candidate will work closely with the Parts & Service Coordinator as well as the Operations team to ensure all orders and shipments are received or delivered accordingly. They will be supporting the shop through stocking shelves and performing housekeeping duties within the work area.ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONSParts Runner

• Coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator; package and prepare deliveries with appropriate documents before leaving shop.
• Complete pickups/deliveries in town in an efficient manner and make sure loads are always secured
• Offload and put away orders at the shop or distribute as required and file all documents with the Parts & Service Coordinator.
• Complete site deliveries as required; coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator as well as field

Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate with Parts & Service Coordinator to prioritize daily shipments and coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Unload, unpack, verify and receive items against purchase
• Gather, sort and place stock on racks, shelves or in bins
• Participate in regularly scheduled inventory counts and cycle
• Pack and prepare shipments
• Keeping the bays clean and
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous Parts Running/Shipping & Receiving experience preferred
• Driver’s license with clean drivers abstract

Technical Skill Requirements

• Ability to complete packing labels and associated documentation in a legible
• Must be proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving heavy materials up to 50 lbs., climbing, crawling as well as walking on uneven ground, and working long hours in all weather conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS & SCHEDULE

• This position is based in ConeTec’s Fort McMurray shop which is located 30 km north of town and is off-grid.
