JOIN OUR TEAM!We are excited to welcome a new full time Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be scheduled between the hours of 9am and 9:30pm, and the candidate must have the ability to work weekdays as well as weekends. If this position interests you, we would love for you to apply!Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they come into the store and offer your assistance with their orders
  • Ring up food orders and communicate those orders to the kitchen staff, making sure to note any special requests so all items are made correctly
  • Explain menu items to customers with enthusiasm and descriptive language, and be knowledgeable about our ingredients so you can tell customers about our commitment to quality, local, food sources
  • Offer suggestions for order substitutions for customers with allergies or other dietary restrictions
  • Direct customers to anything they need, such as utensils, drink items, booster seats or directions to the restroom
  • Ask customers if they want their order for here or to go
  • Manage staff and keep positive company moral
  • Scheduling , hiring and firing as needed.
  • Keep accurate inventory of items needed for day to day operation
  • Ongoing training of staff members
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Ability to work early morning and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
  • Mature
  • Previous food service management experience
  • Experience using tablets and POS systems
Preferred:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Management diploma or equivalent
  • Experience handling cash and using credit card processing machines
