Job Description

Currently we are looking for Toolcrib Attendants for Project near Anzac!Who we Are - We are an Alberta based, family owned industrial contractor with over 25 years of successful industrial construction experience. We are a world-class leader in industrial fabrication, construction and maintenance and have built our company and reputation on ensuring visibility, value and accountability are always in the forefront. We are rapidly growing and are always seeking qualified and talented individuals to join our team and grow with us.Key Tasks:

  • Oversee the use of tools in the crib and ensure the tools are properly signed for and returned as they are used.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, inspect tools and equipment to ensure items are in working order
  • Load and unload materials and equipment; Inspect all incoming materials and tools
  • Maintain clear records of tools and equipment usage; Use and maintain the designated information and tracking system
  • Track all PPE and equipment issued for costing purposes
  • Ensure work instructions and safe work procedures are followed
  • Identify tools and equipment using identification tags
  • Identify, analyze and propose solutions to material and tool issues
  • Responsible for keeping the crib area secure at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Prepare requisitions to replenish low inventory
  • Ensuring the proper handling, sorting and preparation of tools for work
  • Locates lost or misplaced tools and equipment
  • Managing and performing general house keeping and daily clean-up of work area
Requirements:
  • Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Ability to multi-task, with experience responding to changing deadlines/priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dedicated team player.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • CSTS 2020 & WHMIS 2015 required
  • Invested in safety oriented work environment
  • Previous experience: Toolcrib, tool crib, warehouse attendant, construction, fly in fly out
