Job Description

Position SummaryTacten is seeking professional, energetic and forward-thinking JP Electrcian with IRATA certification to support operations in our Alberta Oil Sands.Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintaining electrical systems where required
  • Installing and connecting electrical components such as motors, transformers, control panels, and other equipment necessary for industrial operations
  • Identify issues, replace faulty components, and to ensure that all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician Trade certification
  • IRATA Level 1 or 2 certification
  • Local to Fort McMurray or able to fly out of Alberta Hubs (FIFO) Calgary and Edmonton
  • 12 hour shifts, 14/14 rotation
