Vous offrez un service à la clientèle ou participez à la vente des produits et services par différents canaux de distribution répondant aux besoins des membres et clients.Votre rôle consiste à fournir un accompagnement aux membres et clients dans votre domaines et à participer au maintien des relations d’affaires. Vous réalisez des activités de vente, de soutien à la vente ou de relation avec la clientèle pour des produits et services spécifiques ou demandes d’informations particulières, selon les pratiques en vigueur et ce, en mettant à profit votre aptitude à savoir adapter votre approche lorsque la situation l’exige. Votre maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles et votre habileté à communiquer de manière efficace vous permettent d’assurer la satisfaction des membres et clients et la qualité des services rendus, tout en respectant les normes et procédures de l’entreprise.General Information on the PositionMain responsabilities

  • Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions
  • Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on how much independence and automation they want
  • Close sales, process transactions and follow up as needed. Ensure member and client satisfaction
  • Take phone calls and handle information requests. Conduct research as needed and suggest personalized solutions
  • Seize business opportunities and help increase sales through solicitation.

Qualifications
  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
