Job Description

Job description:

  • Prepare flight documentation for all scheduled flights
  • Set up all arrangements relating to these flights such as aircraft parking, fuel, customs notification, etc.
  • Oversee all flight activity (Customs, Catering, etc.)
  • Prepare flights as per established in company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and following the Company Operations Manual (COM)
  • Respond in a timely manner to any customer service inquiries by phone and email
  • Data entry
  • Available for shift work and irregular work hours, which includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
  • Paid training provided.
  • MUST have Canadian PR, work permit or citizenship status to apply.
  • MUST PROVIDE a criminal background check issued by local Police.
  • MUST PROVIDE original birth certificate, which is needed for Transport Canada application.
  • MUST PROVIDE original valid passport, which is needed for Transport Canada application.
  • Hold a Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP) an asset.
  • Hold a Transport Canada, Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) an asset.
  • Offering immediate benefits package.
  • Offering bonus after completing 3 month probation period.
  • Hourly wage negotiable, pending on experience.
