This person must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate to guests preferred. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work primarily on weekends is required, with the possibility of more hours during the week. Experience and a thorough understanding of housekeeping operations is considered an asset, as well as bilingualism/multilingualism, and previous hotel experience.Position Requirements· Upholding the company’s cleanliness standards of all guest rooms and other areas of the hotel· Change and replace all bed linens and towels, and restock all guest amenities· Dust/wipe/sanitize all surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture· Vacuum/mop all floors· Empty garbage and recycling receptacles· Using proper chemicals for each task· Clean and maintain personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.· Offer guests assistance when needed· Ensure systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security· Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns to the appropriate staff· Tag all lost and found items and follow proper procedure for handlingEmployment BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you’ll enjoy a very competitive benefit package.
