Job Description

Job OverviewReporting to the Supervisor, Administration, the Depot Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support and provide backup to Depot and Administrative Team Members.We Offer:

As a Depot Administrator, you will:
  • Perform administrative & clerical tasks including but not limited to filing, printing, collating, and completing paperwork both by hand and using appropriate software
  • Ensure paperwork flow and employee time records are up to date
  • Collect, review, and collate operational paperwork for billing
  • Review and track time clock data, worksheets/tickets, start and end times to ensure accuracy and in-line with CBA
  • Prepare/run ad hoc reports as required
  • Provide back up to the Administrative and Depot team members as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
You have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of work in a similar role
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service focused and willing to assist where needed to meet business needs
  • Willing to learn all Operations support functions to provide backup and coverage as needed
  • Knowledge of the Road Construction or Traffic Control industries a definite asset
