Job Description

You will:
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits
  • On site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Training of Camera, PVMS, traffic signal, radar trailer, TC-12
  • Changing batteries on PVMS trailers, Camera trailers and Sensor units. (65 lb. each)
  • Must be available to other departments throughout the day if time allows.
  • Agree to go on call and assist our rental department after hours, every third week.
  • Provide onsite inspection, diagnostic and solutions.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
  • Follow all company’s safety procedures and protocols
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Must be able to multitask
You have:
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule
  • Ability to collaborate with a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting, standing for a period.
  • Drivers license full G license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation
  • High school or equivalent
  • Knowledge of towing/ability to learn
  • Field Service experience is an asset
