This full-time position is located in our Guelph office. As a member of the RLB team, you will be working to provide administrative support to a variety of members within the firm and our clients.About You
  • You have ninja-like organizational skills and can multi-task and re-prioritize like a pro.
  • You are an organized self-starter who demonstrates a high level of accountability and ownership with little oversight.
  • You have the ability to maintain a high level of detail while working through a large volume of documents.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office products and are always eager to learn new technologies.
  • You aren’t afraid of change and embrace transforming priorities with a smile.
  • You are a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever and whenever needed
  • You have at least 2+ years’ administrative experience and are ready to build your career and learn more. Previous experience working in a professional services firm is a definite asset
About The GigAs a key member of the Administrative team, you will be working with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations within your service team. You will be responsible for the successful daily operations of the team by providing exceptional client service and keeping the team organized. This will include and is not limited to:
  • Proofing, formatting and compiling of financial statements
  • Document audit, review, publishing and linking
  • Backup reception coverage
  • Tracking and coordinating client workflow
  • High level day to day support for other administrative team members
  • High degree of professionalism when communicating with, and providing information to, Partners and clients
  • Skilled and adept and prioritizing workload
  • High proficiency with technology
  • Other duties as assigned
About The DetailsThis is a full-time permanent position which will require some paid overtime on evenings and weekends during our busiest seasons.
