We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.Be part of a diverse group of employees who want to develop transferable skills which support a lifetime of success. Many of our Reservation Agents find opportunities for growth within Camis.What you bring to the table:

  • Professional oral and written language skills in both English and French
  • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customers needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.

The Details:
  • Start Date: May 15, 2023
  • Successful candidates will attend the following 4 week training class schedule
    • Weeks 1 & 2: Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
    • Weeks 3 & 4: Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 4:00PM
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 20-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • Work From Home options are available
  • End of Contract Date: September 3, 2023
  • The rate of pay is starting at $17.50/hour
  • $1.00/hour End of Contract Bonus
