Job Description

We’re growing!And looking for passionate, driven and energetic candidates to join our team for the position of CAPEX Administrator located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.Job DescriptionLooking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environmentWe are searching for an organized, detailed oriented person with strong customer service skills to provide administrative support to the Capital Improvements team through maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors, tracking capital work project schedules, and preparing notices while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.What you will be doing:

  • Entering purchase orders and follow through with all related administrative tasks.
  • Tracking project schedules and maintaining all related administrative duties.
  • Maintain tenant, building, and lease files and reports, tenant letters, etc.
  • Assist and provide administrative support to the Project Manager(s) with various projects as requested.
  • Provide key support and contribute to the whole team on a daily basis through current and new procedures.
What we look for:
  • Strong data entry skills and a deep love and knowledge of excel.
  • Understanding of property management, construction and/or real estate.
  • Good knowledge of Above Guideline Increase application process.
  • Resourcefulness and an ability to effectively utilize strong interpersonal skills.
  • An intense need to meet deadlines and keep others on track.
  • Minimum two (2) years post-secondary education OR three (3) years of relevant workplace experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
