Job Description

We’re growing and looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Technology Solutions Manager located in Guelph, Ontario!Looking for an exciting challengeWant to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environmentAs a Technology Solutions Manager for Skyline Group of Companies, you will lead the business facing aspect of our IT Team. This role will manage our Business Analyst team and work closely with stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and deliver technology projects that support Skyline’s strategic direction. The Technology Solutions Manager will help ensure that initiatives are aligned to business goals, scoped appropriately, and deliver real, measurable value. This role will also be responsible for coordinating project delivery, supporting change management, and ensuring adoption. In addition to leading the Business Analyst team, this individual will work across the broader IT team—including Infrastructure, Product Management, and Systems teams—to coordinate resource capacity and planning for project execution.This is a hands-on, visible role that requires someone who can balance structure with flexibility and enjoys working across departments to turn ideas into delivered solutions.What you will be doing:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather project ideas and requirements.
  • Support the development of business cases that clearly define scope, value, and outcomes
  • Work with the VP of IT to assess and prioritize project requests based on strategic alignment and business value
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of technology projects, from intake to completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources and manage timelines, scope, risks, and communications
  • Track progress and ensure updates, roadblocks, and outcomes are shared with stakeholders
  • Ensure that new systems, tools, and process changes are adopted successfully by the business
  • Support, change management planning, communications, and training in collaboration with business and project leads.
  • Lead and support a team of Business Analysts by providing coaching, aligning resources, guiding best practices in requirements gathering and documentation, and ensuring focus on high-priority initiatives integrated into project delivery
  • Collaborate with management to assess and plan resource availability for project support, maintain visibility into the IT project pipeline and team capacity, and drive continuous improvement in project scoping, planning, and execution
What we look for:
  • 7+ years of experience in technology project delivery, business analysis, or a similar IT leadership role
  • Demonstrated leadership experience of managing a delivery-focused team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and align teams across departments
  • A structured, business-minded problem solver who can move work forward
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent), Change Management experience and experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment considered an asset
