We are excited to continue serving the well established WTG heritage recipes and adding a few of our favourites to the mix.About the jobWTG is looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our team and assist with the development and growth of the business. You will be responsible for day to day operations and overseeing a team of professional Bakers and front end staff. Regular duties will include staffing, training, ensuring exceptional quality of service, developing systems, standards and best practices for the shop. You will be involved in all aspects of the company including, bakery production, inventory, weddings, catering, and front end service.We are looking for someone with a well rounded background with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, management experience and a desire to share their knowledge with others. As our ideal candidate you will be career driven with a focus on improving efficiency while keeping production costs down.
