Job Description

At Camis, we connect people to memorable recreational experiences. We do this through our online reservation systems and call center services. Our Software as a service (SaaS) solution meets the needs of over 500 government and privately-operated parks, campgrounds, harbors, and marinas across North America. We’re looking for students seeking seasonal employment who wish to grow their people and communications skills. Are you ready to get growingWe are a diverse group of people; unified in the belief that work can be fun, fulfilling, and flexible!What will you doAs a Bilingual Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions. We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.Be part of a diverse group of seasonal employees who want to develop transferable skills which support a lifetime if success. Many of our seasonal reservations’ agents return each year and transition from seasonal to permanent employment as they launch their Camis career.What you bring to the table:

  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • You are personable, and some may even call you outgoing.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customers needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful not required.

The Details:
  • Start Date: February 7, 2022
    • Successful candidates will complete 2-weeks paid work from home- training class
      • Week 1 - Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm
      • Week 2 - Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm - 9:30pm
    • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
    • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 20-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
    • Office Location: Guelph, ON
    • The rate of pay is starting at $18.50/hour - with the opportunity to earn bonuses!
