Job Description

Full Time /Part Time Bridal & Formal Wear Sales Stylist/ConsultantCreme Couture Bridal Boutique is looking for a professional, experienced and outgoing Full Time (40 hours per week and Part Time Sales (28 hours/week) Consultants to start by September 2022!We specialize in wedding gowns, bridal accessories, prom dresses, mother of bride/groom dresses, and other formal wear. We are looking for someone that is customer service oriented, has a passion for formal and bridal fashion, and who loves to build relationships with their clients.Our team is responsible for creating our client’s perfect look from head to toe no matter what the occasion is! You must have a sense of formal/bridal fashion and be able to memorize product knowledge in order to best serve our customers.Must be flexible and available to work weekends.Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by greeting customers & providing personalized shopping experience
  • Maintain store standards and cleanliness of store & merchandise
  • Assist clients while they shop (help dressing them in/out of dresses if necessary)
Qualifications:
  • Bridal or retail sales experience (1-2+ years). Bridal experience is an asset.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Punctual, Personal, professional and friendly person
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Can easily build rapport with clients
  • Prompt and attentive to daily and weekly tasks
  • Ability to learn vast product knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Passionate about women’s fashion & fashion trends
  • Must show sense of style and professionalism within business elegant dress code
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 28-40 per weekSalary: From $16.00 per hourAdditional pay:
  • Commission pay
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
Experience:
  • sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
