We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.Be part of a diverse group of employees who want to develop transferable skills which support a lifetime of success.   • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customers needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.

The Details:
  • Start Date: November 28, 2022
  • Successful candidates will complete 3-week paid training class
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 25-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
  • Training & work shifts completed on-site in our call centre.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • The rate of pay is starting at* $17.50/hour*
