Posting #:CC-CAS-DI ClerkPosition:Clerk, Diagnostic Imaging, CasualDepartment:DI - AdministrationAvailable:CasualCurrent Shifts:AllCurrent Rate of Pay:Min $22.67 - Max $23.41Posting Date:November 8, 2021 @ 12:00PMClosing Date:November 29, 2021 @ 12:00PMPosition Summary:Under the direction of the Diagnostic Imaging Clerical Coordinator, the Clerk provides support for the day-to-day administrative activities of the Diagnostic Imaging, performing office and reception tasks, as well as performing other duties to support the smooth operation and organization of the department._____________________________________________________________________________________Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Medical Office Administration Program certificate and/or recent related medical office experience
  • Medical Terminology course with demonstrated working knowledge
  • Recent Patient Registration experience
  • Meditech Order Entry and MSM Applications experience
  • Previous Diagnostic Imaging experience along with Community-wide Scheduling
    • Excellent computer skills with 55 wpm keyboarding
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to successfully communicate with patients, physicians and hospital staff
    • Demonstrated skill in multitasking and time management and evidence of sound organizational, prioritization and record keeping skills with the ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
