Job Description

RWDI’s Guelph office is seeking an individual to join its Accounting team, as an Collections Administrator.The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Focus on collection of outstanding accounts receivable in RWDI’s North American operation
  • Follow established collection policies, processes, and strategies
  • Role demands ability to manage a high volume of accounts across a diverse client base
  • Requires collaboration across the project team to address customer inquiries, billing issues, and other inquiries that may require escalation. A strong relationship with the RWDI PM is critical to the success of the role
  • Manage collection cases and communication channels in RWDI’s ERP system, Microsoft D365 F&O
  • Track bankruptcies and creditor protections, reporting back to management as needed
  • Meet collection objectives set by the business, focusing on the collection of aged debt, minimization of bad debt, and reduction of days sales outstanding (DSO)
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years AR/ Collections experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Microsoft D365 F&O experience
  • Thorough knowledge of leading collection processes and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated diplomacy and persuasive client interaction skills; strong communications skills written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong understanding of Excel
  • Adept organizational skills with ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience working in a multi-company and multi-currency environment
