Could that be you Read on to find out more!Job DescriptionWorking out of our Head Office in Guelph, ON, you will write, review, and edit internal and external communications pieces to ensure the correct voice, and a consistent brand identity to support new development and acquisition lease ups, tenant communications, and social media marketing. The successful candidate will strive to build strong relationships with our target audience by generating and scheduling relatable content for Skyline Livings social media feeds, website, and digital and traditional vehicles, along with crafting internal communications for interdepartmental projects.The successful candidate will be part of an agile and friendly marketing team, where great ideas and flawless execution go hand in hand, and where everyone focuses on our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.What we look for:

• Proven experience creating high-converting traditional and web content.
• A team player, you seek out the subject matter experts, review work collectively, and graciously receiving feedback to ensure it meets all requirements.

• The ability to adapt your communication strategies to various audiences, platforms, and situations.
• A quick learner - you will work hard to understand Skyline Livings brand strategy, tone of voice and personality to maintain consistency while exploring new ways to engage customers.
• PRIDE in your work, and confidence in your writing.
• College Diploma or University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations/Media Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, communications, and social media.
