In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.Job Description:Digital Engagement Lead – Quality & Compliance LATAM (New Consumer Health Company) is part of the LATAM Q&C groups and is looking to drive the Consumer Health digital-first agenda, lead the development and implementation of a strong digital pipeline in Q&C Consumer Health, guarantee the digital tools adoption, and apply data science tools to solve problems that really matter and deliver value to our company.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This role will be a leader in support of the Q&C digital strategy and ecosystem.
  • Lead the Q&C regional digital portfolio creation and implementation in partnership with the regions and global teams.
  • Connect end to end with Supply Chain, R&D and commercial to define key areas of opportunities and business problems to solve.
  • Collaborate to build end to end solutions and prioritize initiatives based on value creation.
  • Lead the digital adoption plan in collaboration with the global and regional teams and provide training and guidelines on how to use digital tools.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on data analyses (statistics and advance analytics) and visualization to guarantee the user adoption and create a high user experience (UX/UI).
QualificationsPosition Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of business experience
  • At least 4 years of Supply Chain, IT, Technology, Data Science, or other relevant functional experience
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive digital adoption across CH Q&C
  • Experience Managing Virtual teams
  • Strong Ability to connect business needs with Technology solutions in driving Value Creation and Agility
  • Strong influencing and change management skills, drive adoption and implementation for the Consumer Health Q&C organization in partnership with the regions
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Written and visual communication skills are critical.
  • Good understanding of data science and automation
Preferred Requirements:
  • Specialization in the supply chain with experience in technology, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly
  • Area of Studies include Supply Chain, Statistics, or Sciences
  • Related Industry Experience in Healthcare, Technology, Food, Data Sciences, and Engineering.
  • Experience in Quality & Compliance
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities in Agility methodology, Data Science and Automation, Statistics: Basics and Advanced, Experience in User Experience and solutions design (UI/UX), Storytelling with data
