Job Description

We are looking for a co-op that will support our Education & Training Program for the site.What are we looking for

  • Great interpersonal skills, to be able to work with different departments to enhance our training program.
  • Compassionate leader with great attitude and curiosity.
What will be your key responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Education and Training Lead to coordinate and facilitate on-site onboarding of new associates
  • Work closely with the Education and Training Lead to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the cours
