We design, supply and operate a range of water systems – from food and beverage applications, to municipal water, to microelectronics ultrapure water and heavy industrial wastewater treatment. Our portfolio includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment.This is for 1st shift, 6:45 AM- 3:00 PM Monday- FridayKey ResponsibilitiesThese duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary.

  • Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Experience in reading wiring schematics/diagrams and mechanical blueprints and troubleshooting wiring and mechanical issues
  • Able to visualize and plan the assembly of a product based on wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • These duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be supplemented as necessary.

  • Able to visualize and plan the assembly of a product based on wiring schematics and mechanical blueprints
  • Perform electrical wiring techniques (stripping, terminating, crimping)
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Electrical and mechanical background experience
  • Experience with PLCs and robotics systems will be considered an asset
  • Must be mechanically inclined and have demonstrated knowledge/ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints, shop drawings, manuals, etc.
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in custom assembly of water treatment systems
  • Demonstrates a high level of operational understanding of work practices, technology and SRA’s
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of area specific equipment
  • Learns, understands, and can implement and adhere to all policies, practices and procedures.
  • 5+ years of directly related on the job experience - strong sense of urgency, organizational ability and take ownership to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgeted hours
Desired
  • Must work in a safe manner and comply with all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Position, install, and secure all sub-components into various pieces of equipment as per appropriate drawings.
  • Operate a wide variety of machinery as part of the manufacturing processes i.e. pipe/conduit/tube benders, grinders, drills, etc.
  • Fabricate, assemble and hydro-test PVC, PP, and PVDF pipe spools.
  • Perform self-inspection to verify that all components are installed, tested and match applicable drawings and sign QA documentation.
  • Perform paint touch up where required to ensure product quality.
  • other duties as assigned.
