A FHO position with an established patient base will be available from early October 2022 due to a physician relocation. This will be located at Westminster Woods Medical Centre, in a group practice made up of congenial physicians.There is a high physician demand in this area and hence ample opportunity for further growth of the practice.Work hours/schedule are flexible.The clinic is colocated with Guelph Family Health Team (GFHT) and hence is supported by nurse practitioners, diabetes care, mental health counselling, a GFHT pharmacist, a chronic pain program, and a kinesiologist.Were seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic clinician to join our practice.
