Royal City General Contracting Inc is looking to hire an experienced renovater. We are a company that focuses on quality or over quantity. We take on almost all portions of the job usually only subbing out electrical, hvac, plumbing, and few other tasks.Tasks include but arent limited to framing, drywall, flooring (tile, hardwood, vinyl, etc), trim and doors, and painting.Responsibilities include assisting in small to large renovation projects, candidates should be able to work alone when necessary. Job requirements include strong math skills, ability to read a tape measure, previous experience (3-4 years atleast ideally), and able to lift heavy objects. Punctuality and initiative are a must. Candidate should have own transportation (all jobs in guelph and surrounding area) and have their own set of hand tools, power tools will be supplied.Wages ($22-$35)will be based on experience, skill level and what the person brings to the table.
