Job Description

While this is a remote position, the successful candidate will be required to attend on-site client meetings as needed (Guelph, KW and area).We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources Consulting team.As the successful candidate, you will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and previous experience in small business HR Support (1-40 employees).You will work best in a non-traditional work environment that includes flexible working hours (during core-business hours) and remote work. You are a self-starter who is not afraid of a learning curve – the more to learn, the better! You love to meet new people and have a proven ability to develop relationships. You thrive in an environment where you are held accountable to doing great work and producing results.We are looking for someone with experience supporting the human resources function. A related post-secondary education is required, working towards CHRP an asset.
