Human Resources Assistant $43,000-$55,000 – Guelph, ON· $43,000-$55,000· Contract to hire· Monday- Friday 9am-5pmHR Assistant Responsibilities: · Responsible for Employment Insurance, Workers Compensation, and other Human Resources Documentation· Maintain records on sick leave, vacation, and other absences· Pre-employment screening and reference checking. May be involved in recruitment process for entry level positions· Compile statistics for management useHR Assistant Requirements: · 2-3 years of Human Resources Experience· Diploma or Degree with a focus on Human Resources· Excellent computer skills required.
