Job Description

Human Resources Generalist – Skyjack Group OfficeReporting to the Director of Human Resources or designate, you will be involved in all aspects of Human Resources for the Skyjack Inc. Group Office. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and procedures, providing advice and guidance to Managers. You will be involved in recruitment, benefits and compensation, orientation, training, and employee relations.Key Accountabilities

  • Recruitment for key salaried and technical positions
  • Help develops and administer Human Resources objectives and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Plan and administer employee compensation, training and career development.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS
  • Prepare reports and recommend actions to support key HR initiatives
  • Administer all Human Resources related transactions.
  • Manage benefits programs.
  • Respond and find resolution to employee relations matters.
Minimum Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of current Employment legislation
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous experience with an HRIS
