Job Description

Our client, TC Industries of Canada, is looking for a full-time IT Administrator to join their team in Guelph. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the General Manager and senior managers supporting the day to day functioning of hardware, software, and reporting requirements for Canadian Operations (Guelph, Ontario and Selkirk, Manitoba).If you are a highly motivated team-player, we want you to apply!   • Administration and Maintenance of all current IT
  • Providing IT hardware and software support
  • Various Programming tasks including CNC Programming, and assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Infor ERP Software
  • Support with Reporting and Coordination of HR-related processes and tasks
  • Effective communication with various teams and levels within the organization and outside the organization (suppliers and customers)
Qualifications include:
  • 3-5 years of prior experience with providing technology support
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, laptops, desktops, and servers (Microsoft Server 2008, 2012 and 2016, Windows 10 and 11)
  • Familiarity with, and knowledge of, cloud-based software solutions (CSI Cloudsuite Industrial)
  • Ability to program in Visual Basic and/or Visual C#
  • Hands-on experience in updating a SQL database, and MRP software in an ISO environment
  • IT Support experience in a Manufacturing Environment would be extremely beneficial
  • A desire to provide excellent team member support
  • An interest in HR would be considered an asset to the team
  • Organized and motivated self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including a high degree of professionalism
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
